Formula 1 has launched a new interactive challenge that lets fans prove their knowledge of the grid and win an unforgettable experience at the next race. Per the official Formula1.com announcement, the competition runs from the start of the season through to the end of Week 6, giving participants a full run‑through of the first six Grands Prix.

To enter, fans must correctly match the starting grid for each race. The challenge is hosted on the Formula 1 website and is open to anyone worldwide, but the prize package is specifically tailored to the Indian audience – a VIP day at the upcoming Indian Grand Prix, including a meet‑and‑greet with a top driver, a behind‑the‑scenes tour, and a full season ticket. The contest is designed to test both speed and memory, with participants having a limited time window to submit their answers after each race.

Formula 1’s marketing team says the initiative is part of a broader effort to increase engagement ahead of the season’s climax. “We want to bring the excitement of the sport to fans in a new way,” a spokesperson noted. The challenge will be promoted across social media and through the official FanCode app, which streams all races live in India and offers exclusive commentary.

For Indian fans, the contest is a perfect way to stay connected to the action. The FanCode app, which is free to download, will broadcast the Indian Grand Prix live on 4 PM IST, with commentary in Hindi and English. Those who win the challenge will receive a complimentary FanCode subscription for the entire season, along with the VIP experience at the Indian GP. The contest deadline is 31 May, so fans should log in early to test their grid‑matching skills.
