The 2026 Formula 1 Mexico City Grand Prix is set to ignite the streets of the capital on Saturday, 14 September, with the world’s top drivers battling for the first time on the historic Autódromo Hermanos Villores circuit. For Indian fans, the race is available to watch live and free on a number of platforms, according to reports from the New York Post, Syracuse.com and the official Formula 1 website.

Per the New York Post, viewers can stream the event in real‑time on the F1 TV Free Live channel, which offers a complimentary pass for the weekend. The channel streams the full race, including practice, qualifying and the main event, and is accessible via the F1 app, the official website, or through partner broadcasters in India such as FanCode. The free pass is valid for the entire weekend, so you can catch all the action without a subscription fee.

Similarly, Syracuse.com confirms that the same F1 TV Free Live feed can be accessed from any device with an internet connection. The outlet notes that the stream is available in 1080p HD, ensuring that Indian viewers can enjoy high‑quality coverage of the high‑altitude battle. The race will start at 8:00 PM IST, giving fans a prime‑time viewing window after dinner.

From a logistical standpoint, Indian viewers should log in to the F1 app or website at least 30 minutes before the race to confirm that the free pass is active. If you prefer a traditional TV experience, you can also watch the live coverage on FanCode’s dedicated F1 channel, which streams the race in full with commentary in Hindi and English. The channel is free to watch with a FanCode subscription, and the app is available on Android, iOS, Amazon Fire TV, and smart TVs.

In short, whether you choose the F1 app, the official website, or FanCode, you can enjoy the Mexico City Grand Prix without paying a dime. Just make sure you’re logged in before the race starts at 8:00 PM IST, and you’ll be ready to witness the drama unfold on the streets of Mexico City.
