Silverstone. Kimi Antonelli produced the drive of the weekend to beat Lewis Hamilton to victory in the 2026 British Grand Prix Sprint, sweeping past the Ferrari on lap 8 and pulling clear to win by 2.7 seconds.

Hamilton had led from pole and looked set to delight the home crowd, but Antonelli's Mercedes had the pace when it mattered. Lando Norris completed the podium for McLaren.
